Mr. Rahul Thete, Leading two plants for Cummins in India for Power System business vertical. Both plants are located in manufacturing SEZ, exporting engineering products to more than 110 countries across globe. Gensets from 7.5 kVa to 1200 kVa, Engines from 700 Hp to 2500 Hp and high precision components are exported from both SEZ plants which located in Phaltan, Maharashtra.

Work Experience

25 Years in Manufacturing Industry

• Tata Motors: Started as Graduate Trainee Engineer in Pune Plant. Worked in functions like Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management for 14 Years.
• Cummins in India: Since 2010 till date. Started as functional leader for Manufacturing Engineering. Managed big size manufacturing transition projects. Worked as Plant Quality Leader and last 3 years working as plant manager. Now as Plant Manager, responsible for annual export of INR 1200 Cr by leading manufacturing site where 800 plus employee work in 3 shifts.
