Bhargav completed his Diploma Mechanical from Walchand College of Engineering Sangli. After one year of industrial exposure as a shop supervisor at M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited, he moved to complete his BE Mechanical from PVPIT Sangli.

He joined M/s TATA Advanced Systems at Hyderabad as a GET and was directly responsible for manufacturing of sub-assemblies for S-92 helicopter cabinet. He was posted in Hiroshima Japan where he played key role in technology transfer from M/s MHI to TATA Group.

In 2010, He moved to M/s Larsen & Toubro Mumbai & took over Project Management responsibilities. In the 10 years of his 2nd inning in L&T, he led various depts including Project Management (2 years), Site work proposals & Estimations (3 Years) & International Business (5 years).

After 12 years of Aerospace, & Process Plant Industry experience, Bhargav has recently moved to Dextra Group in Infrastructure Industry & heading the PAN India Business Development function.
